Position: Massage Therapist
Location: 8927 Fingerboard Road, Frederick, MD 21704
Compensation: $43 - $70 per hour (Part-time & Full-time positions available)
Schedule: Choose your own hours, Day shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management.
• Conduct client assessments to create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress.

Experience & Requirements:

• Valid Massage Therapy License (required)
• Knowledge of anatomy and human physiology
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport
• Experience in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred
• Previous experience in a medical spa or similar environment is a plus
